You are permitted to use the above branding, provided that you adhere to the 3DS-Linux Branding Usage Guidelines, as described below.
3DS-Linux Branding Usage Guidelines

These Branding Usage Guidelines ("Guidelines") outline the permitted and prohibited uses of the 3DS-Linux name, logo, and other associated branding elements (collectively, the "Branding").
Use of the Branding signifies your agreement to comply with these Guidelines.
These Guidelines may be updated from time to time.
Any usage of the Branding must adhere strictly to the following terms.
Permitted Uses

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein, you MAY use the Branding to:
1. Refer to the 3DS-Linux project as a whole, including in educational, editorial, or descriptive contexts;
2. Signify or depict 3DS-Linux's open-source code, tools, libraries, or services, provided such use clearly indicates that 3DS-Linux is the source and not your own creation or service.
Prohibited Uses
---------------
Unless you have received express, written permission from the 3DS-Linux team or its authorized representatives, you MAY NOT:
1. Use the Branding in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the 3DS-Linux project;
2. Represent yourself, your organization, or your services as the 3DS-Linux project, or as owning or operating any official 3DS-Linux services or code;
3. Use the Branding for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling products or services, fundraising, or advertising;
4. Claim ownership of, or attempt to register, any trademarks, logos, domain names, or other branding elements that are identical or confusingly similar to the 3DS-Linux Branding;
5. Modify the Branding or use altered versions of the logo or name;
6. Use the Branding in any way not explicitly allowed in the “Permitted Uses” section above.
Enforcement
-----------
The 3DS-Linux team reserves the right to revoke permission to use the Branding at any time, for any reason.

All 3DS-Linux branding is Copyright (C) 2026 ToyotaAE86Trueno, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC-SA).
Some 3DS-Linux branding contains the "Tux" character of Linux, which is Copyright (C) 1996 Larry Ewing <lewing@isc.tamu.edu> and The GIMP.
The 3DS-Linux project develops an operating system using the Linux kernel and components. "3ds Linux" as a phrase, as well as the name of the 3DS-Linux project, does not reflect the inclusion of the Linux brand or trademark in the 3DS-Linux project.
"Linux®" is the registered trademark of Linus Torvalds in the U.S. and other countries.
